Mod For Life?
Well, if someone had told me 30 years ago that even at the age of 46 I would still consider myself a Mod, I honestly would have laughed at them, but strangely its something that ends up sticking with you through your life.
Others I have spoken to through the years have the same opinion as it seems to be the same for them too! How many times have you heard the statement "They can bury me a Mod" maybe it's a longing to be 16 again, the fashion, the scooters, and lets not forget the music, anyway that brings me nicely onto bands, old and new, do most Mods still listen to the old stuff? The Who, The Jam, Small Faces, etc, there is a trickle of new bands coming through, but only maybe a handful, Heavyball, Quitty and the Don’ts, The See No Evils, The Sonik Seeds, to name but a few and they seem to have embraced the culture with open arms, so whats your thoughts on this? what are you guys listening to in 2015?
